Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

Some products may be available to purchase as a pre-order. This policy explains how pre-orders work and how they can be cancelled.

Pre-Orders

A pre-order allows you to reserve an item before it becomes available for immediate dispatch. Estimated dispatch dates will be shown on the relevant product page.

Payment for pre-order items is taken in full at the time of purchase. Where applicable, any pre-order discount will be clearly displayed on the product page.

Cancelling a Pre-Order

You may cancel a pre-order at any time before it has been dispatched and receive a full refund.

To request a cancellation, please contact us at customers@kabode.co.uk as soon as possible and include your order number.

Once a pre-order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled. However, it may be returned in accordance with our Returns Policy.

Returns and Exchanges

Pre-order items are covered by the same returns policy as all other Kabode products.

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, with tags attached and in its original packaging.

UK customers are eligible for one free exchange per order. International customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of any returns or exchanges.
