Refund policy
We hope you love your Kabode pieces, but if something isn’t quite right, we’ve made returns simple.
30-Day Easy Returns
You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return.
UK Orders
Returns can be easily arranged through our online returns portal, making the process quick and straightforward.
To be eligible, items must be:
- Unused and in their original condition
- With tags attached
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
International Orders
Customers outside the UK are welcome to return eligible items within 30 days of receipt. However, international returns cannot be processed through our online returns portal.
International customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked and insured service, as returned items remain the customer's responsibility until they are received by Kabode.
Please note that any duties, taxes or customs charges paid on the original order are non-refundable by Kabode and may need to be reclaimed directly from your local customs authority where applicable.
EU Consumers – Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without giving any reason.
To exercise this right, you may use the withdrawal form or withdrawal button available on our website, or contact us using the details provided below.
Once we receive your withdrawal request, we will send confirmation of receipt without undue delay.
Where a valid withdrawal right is exercised, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery (excluding any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than our standard delivery option).
Unless otherwise agreed, you must send the goods back to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your decision to withdraw from the contract.
You will be responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless otherwise stated.
Free Exchanges (UK Orders Only)
We offer free exchanges within 30 days, so you can find the perfect fit with confidence.
Exchanges can be arranged through our online returns portal.
Each order is eligible for one free exchange. For any further changes, a new order can be placed as usual.
Return Shipping
UK Returns
For returns, shipping costs are not covered and will be arranged through the returns portal.
International Returns
International customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping.
If you choose to send items back using your own courier, the parcel remains your responsibility until it reaches us. We recommend using a tracked and insured service.
Changed Your Mind?
If you’d like to cancel your order, just get in touch as soon as possible at customers@kabode.co.uk or via our contact form, we’ll always do our best to help.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
Please check your order when it arrives.
If something isn’t right, contact us straight away with a photo so we can quickly resolve it. Where needed, we’ll arrange a collection or replacement at no extra cost.
If Your Order Hasn’t Arrived
If your order hasn’t reached you, we’ll work with the courier to resolve it and ensure you receive your items as soon as possible.
Refunds
Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll confirm whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3 working days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the payment.
For standard returns, original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return relates to a faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied item.
For EU consumers exercising a valid statutory right of withdrawal, refunds will be processed in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
